We offer very low MOQ like 100 pcs per color per design , we can get sample done in fast quick turn around time 3-5 days for regular ones ,for complicated ones like down-filled type of apparel , we only need 10 days. Because we have 15 people in our R & D. For mass production time , we beat a lot apparel factories on time , we can get them finish by 10-35 days .

1. Q: Can you accept customized designs?
A: Sure. We accept both OEM/ODM designs. We can make products according to your designs, we also have artists here who can offer artworks according to your design idea.

2. Q: May I have a sample for quality reference idea?
A: Of course. We can send you some of our existing samples for your reference idea and free cost. But you need to pay for the sample freight from our factory to your door.

3. Q:What is the payment term?
A: 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance payment before shipping.

4. Q:How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
A: For existing samples, it takes 1-3 days.

5. Q:How much the transportation freight will be?
A: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your area.
